How We Protect Your Data

This product is powered by a cloud-based, AI-enabled engine (EmotivIQ™, running on Google Cloud). Cloud connectivity and AI processing of your brain data, including use of your pseudonymized data to improve EMOTIV's models, are required for the product to function and cannot be disabled; if you decline, the product will not operate. Recordings are pseudonymized (stored under a non-identifying reference, not your name), encrypted, and held in the Emotiv Cloud; data may be captured offline and syncs once you reconnect. Use requires an Emotiv account and your acceptance of the Terms of Use, EULA, and Privacy Policy.
